Nature-Informed Therapy

Nature-Informed Therapy (NIT) blends traditional therapy with outdoor activities like forest bathing, meditation, hiking, or equine experiences.

This approach supports healing from grief, boosts self-esteem, improves mood regulation, and enhances focus.

Healing in Nature with NIT

Experience emotional growth by reconnecting with nature and cultural traditions in open, welcoming environments through NIT. Practices may include ancestral rituals like dancing or drumming, helping you find balance and meaning.

It helps increase self-awareness, self-esteem, curiosity, and emotional regulation. Soul Nerve Techniques and experiential approaches in NIT focus on the vagus nerve and work to settle the body and soul from within

NIT supports healing from grief, anxiety, and depression, and serves as a complement to other therapies. It boosts self-esteem, improves mood regulation, and enhances focus. You'll learn to listen to your body and develop an understanding that heals your mind, body, and spirit on deeper levels.

NIT is also designed for individuals experiencing generational trauma or those who identify with symptoms related to PTSD, mood and bipolar disorder, or treatment-resistant diagnoses.
