These intentional outdoor gatherings combine movement, reflection, rhythm, and sisterhood for women to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and continue the healing process in nature.

About Our Hiking Experiences
Our hiking sessions are designed specifically for African American women, using movement and nature as therapeutic tools.
As part of our experiential therapy, hiking helps reduce anxiety and depression, providing immediate support in a caring sisterhood. Guided hikes take place in parks, fields, mountains, lakeshores, and waterfalls, always prioritizing your safety with professional guides.
